Tom did a cracking job for us. Quoted late on Friday evening, started 1st thing monday morning. The quote was very competitive, the cheapest of 5 we had. Work was of excellent quality, did more than we asked for, Work was completed a lot faster than i expected, very clean and tidy and tidied up at the end of each day. Adrian & Andrew did a great job, removing our bath, installing a shower tray and fitting new tiles where required. The new tiles complement the existing tiles and they tidied up before leaving
We were extremely happy with the work done, they were nice to have in our house, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves, they kept to their schedule and kept us informed at all stages and were excellent at answering our queries and responding immediately when we needed follow-up advice. I wish to retract my previous rating, if there is a minus rating I would use that. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.
