This firm is horrendous. If you want a professional job at a fair price, do not hire this firm. I've given them 1 star because the system won't allow a no star rating. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.

Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

Fadi is very profesional. We asked him to do a number of jobs; replacing a valve in the hot water system, replacing a kitchen tap, fitting new plumbig to the wash basins and replacing a toilet. The quote was very reasonable. A start date was aggredd and he arrived on time and got on with the work. We were kept informed on progress. He cleaned up after completing the work. There were two sessions, the socond the replace the old toilet. Everything works. Great job. He is also a very friendy chap..
