Llew responded very quickly to fix unbalanced radiator in our living room. He is very friendly and accommodating and charge very reasonable fee. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, out of the 4 jobs they quoted for they did 3. Wanted to charge an additional £150 to fit 1 of the radiators and I declined as it wasn't in my budget, the only thing that worked once they left was the new bathroom taps, the new heated towel radiator didn't work, they didn't even test it before they left, the kitchen sink jamal put back in was leaking from the taps and waste.

They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
