Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.
I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!

Just used Heatwize to fit a new boiler in my Father-in laws house and found them to be very competitively priced, professional and helpful. This company ruined my home. I had to bring in family and friends to help to rectify the issues they had created. Poor workmanship. Damaged furniture and flooring. Installed incorrect lintel. the job took seven weeks after been told only one.

James did an excellent job fitting our new en suite shower. He is a hard worker, reliable and honest He provided a realistic competitive quote,which he kept to. The old shower had been leaking and had rotted some of the floor underneath. He suggested a practical solution which didn't delay completion and didnt massivly increase the cost.
