We had a new conservatory installed and needed the base tiling. I used rated people to advertise the job and GPC came in first with a fair price. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
