A very polite and responsible tradesman who took on the job we required which was to install new heating system in our house. I would have no problems recommending Gavin to any of my friends/relatives if they require any work done in his areas of expertise.

Responded promptly to add, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Asked all the right questions to understand the job required and very happy with work completed. Job was amended where required and pricing was reasonable and within budget. Job was delayed by 1 day due to unforeseen circumstances however communication was maintained throughout, otherwise 5 star. Would recommend and will happily use again in future. Thanks for a good job.

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
