I have been in the domestic heating industry for 22 years I was trained by my father from school on servicing, maintaining, refurbishing AGA cookers. After 3 years I then went on to become OFTEC qualified in Oil fired boilers and maintenance. Then built up a customer database throughout east anglia. In 2008 I did a City and Guilds level 2 plumbing qualification to extend my services to my customers even more. Being able to offer them an Installation of central heating boilers and heating system maintenance. 2 years ago I became a Grant UK boiler accredited engineer giving me the opportunity to be able to offer my customers extended product warranties of up to 10 years. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
