I wish to retract my previous rating, if there is a minus rating I would use that. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.

He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. [COMPANY_NAME] arrived at the agreed time, quickly assessed the situation, stopped the leak and then ordered the required parts (which are non-standard and difficult to obtain). He came the next day with the parts and completed the repair. He was quick and efficient. The price charged was as agreed and very reasonable.
