I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. Gavin was hired to move our boiler into a bedroom & fix our toilet cistern. Paid him in cash £1200. Still waiting for him to come back to finish off the toilet,3 months know & counting. He advised us to renew our thermostat as the other one wasn't working correctly. We paid him £150 cash for this part. Now saying we didn't pay. Numerous text, phone calls & emails, kept saying I'll call in next week, yeah right. Don't waste your time or money on this guy. Go elsewhere.

A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly.
