I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! Gavin was hired to move our boiler into a bedroom & fix our toilet cistern. Paid him in cash £1200. Still waiting for him to come back to finish off the toilet,3 months know & counting. He advised us to renew our thermostat as the other one wasn't working correctly. We paid him £150 cash for this part. Now saying we didn't pay. Numerous text, phone calls & emails, kept saying I'll call in next week, yeah right. Don't waste your time or money on this guy. Go elsewhere.
