Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

Hi, I am an experienced, time served plumber. I approach all aspects of my work to ‘best practice’ standards. No cutting corners, no short cuts, no cheap materials. I believe that a thorough survey and effective, timely communication are the key to success and satisfaction. I am based in Partridge Green, West Sussex. I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely contact Micheal for any future work.
