They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. The roofer "completed" the job. I suggested I wouldn't pay him until the next rainfall but he wanted immediate payment, which I gave him. I tested the roof the next day with a hose and found it was still leaking. I phoned him and asked him to come back to finish the job. He said he would the following Monday,(six days later). He phoned a few days later and said he couldn't come that day, but he would ring me the Monday night and let me know when he could come, but he didn't.

What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!
