The company started the job quite well, but then came the delays with deliveries, and broken items. There were then issues with installing the shower, which were partly linked to another delay, but also them being unwilling to go and pick a small part up, which would have delayed the fitting for another 4 days. The quality of the completed bathroom wasn't what we expected, we were disappointed with a lot of the finish, leaving space above shower panels, which looks very strange.

This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Rhys and his team were very professional. They fitted for us a combi boiler - with new gas pipes being required. They we punctual, polite and friendly. Every evening they made sure everything was cleaned up and the house didn't feel unlivable like it sometimes does when getting work done. I would highly reccomend them and will use them again.
