Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We have had our boiler replaced recently replaced by Nigel at Beaumont Plumbing. Excellent service and very professional. Would recommend to everyone. We have had issues with our heating and radiators since we moved in 6 months ago but no one was able to fix. Very reasonable price. Since fitting us with a new boiler Nigel has kindly organised our roof to be repaired. The guys were so lovely and professional. I now have a sealed roof and warm house thanks to them. Definitely will use them again.

Peter successfully completed the plumbing part of the job to a very high standard. However this did not resolve the issue which could only have been an electrical problem. Luckily for me Peter is also a well qualified and capable electrician so I asked him to fault find a particularly difficult and random problem. This he did in a methodical, logical and timely manner. I posted this job after a British Gas Engineer failed to get my downstairs radiators running and suggested the system required a power flush . Joe came out on the day I posted my job and having looked at my radiators and heating system identified the fault and had my radiators working within fifteen minutes of walking through the door. I can’t rate him high enough for his knowledge/professionalism, a less experienced/reputable engineer could have ended in me paying hundreds of pounds for unnecessary work.
