I have to agree with Stephen ME2, in that the proprietor seemed less than interested in locating and fixing the leak, as detailed, and very focussed on selling me a new bathroom instead, and start there and then.. I can only suspect that they didn't bother with anything as trivial as taking time to plan or consult with me for fear that I might back out before it was too late. What clinched it for me was his emphatic insistence that my inurers would pay for it. As if he could possibly determine that!

Brendan came round very promptly to quote on the job and gave a competitive price for a full day of jobs. He let me know on the morning when he was running a few minutes late and tackled a range of odd jobs around the house efficiently and effectively. I would use him again.

Terrible. Made an absolute mess and told porkies. Only consolation was I managed to get the fee cancelled.

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Extremley professional, completed work within the timescale quoted to a high standard also advised me what he was doing and how he had done it. Deffinatley recommened.
