Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I had a problem with my float valve in my tank. Neal answered my posting promptly and came out to assess the job. We agreed a price and he nipped off to get the parts. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He had a very pleasant manner and I can not praise him highly enough. I would totally recommend him to anyone based on this job.

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper.
