Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Used this company to fit the tiles in my bathroom. Both on the floor and on the wall. Very professional and friendly guy, who offered good advice and gave us a very fair price! We have recently had our whole house refurbished and we were impressed with this guy the most out of all the the tradesman we had in. I had a new boiler installed and also Neil fixed the problems I was having in the loft with leaking water tanks. I had a new radiator fitted and also I needed a new water tank in the airing cupboard. I was pleased with the work done by Neil and his companion and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

As i was let down by 2 other electricians before i decided to use Ratepeople.com. To my great relief PCarragher electrical were very sufficient and proffesional. They did a great job, the lights look fantastic and they tidied up any mess. The gentleman i spoke to Paul was very polite, stuck to his deadlines and the times he would be here.

Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.
