Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with Ian of Imac Property Services, after having a very unprofessional carpenter start my oak porch. I rang Ian and he came to see me asap and finished the job off well. I chose SJS as Scott was very professional in his approach and was really thorough in making sure the job was done well, without mess, to time and budget. I have used other plasterers before but wouldn't recommend them but with Scott I would definitely use him again for future work and recommend him to friends and family.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I would not hesitate to use Lee again for work at my property and I would 100% recommend Lee to my friends and colleagues. The job was well done and the original estimate was reasonabkle. An unforeseen problem arose during the work. John of Home Solutions UK kept me informed and dealt with the matter at the least extra cost. In the end it was still a job well done at a reasonable price. Joe Matthews

The tradesman was absolutely fantastic, professional, understanding, helpful and even provided some key advice. I would use this tradesman again at a drop of a hat. Had to wait on a plumber, which was no problem. In fact everything was "no problem". A pleasure to have met such a gentleman along with someone who did a fantastic job. 5 stars all round!

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. James moved a radiator adding new pipe work. Job was completed in a day, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure having h8m n my home. I will give James a call when I need more plumbing done.
