Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He offered us good advice and options on how to connect our 2 new vanity sinks, a new shower and new toilet to our existing soil stack. Tom communicates well and arrives as agreed. Would thoroughly recommend and use Tom again as I felt I could trust him to do the job properly, on time and to budget.
I am so pleased with the work done by Dean and his team. I really cannot fault him, the bathroom looks amazing, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.
