Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets. Stewart is punctual and polite. He did a very good job of installing our new toilet and fixing the leak in the pipe. He was happy to take away the old toilet and cabinet to dispose of.
