I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

The gentlemen who came from Sevi were just that. They were punctual - when they said they would come, they came. They were helpful - explaining what they would do in advance. They gave a quote and stuck to it. They tidied up after themselves. We are delighted with our new shower.

Great service and really excellent workmanship. John was very patient when we changed the design slightly and was very helpful in helping us achieve our dream shower room. Laurence is incredibly good at what he does, and he can do a lot. He has built us two beautiful wooden pieces, one fitted bookcase and one reading book, as well fitted two doors, and insulated and redecorated an outside lean-to. Next month he’ll be doing our bathroom which we have full confidence will look great in the end. Would definitely recommend.
