Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Adam came to my house to ‘fix’ my leak. He didn’t tell me till 6pm on a Saturday that I would not have water for the whole weekend leaving me without water or the use of a toilet. When he came back round to ‘fix’ the problem he made it so the hot water supply didn’t work for the bath and also the water pressure has gone in the shower. This has been over 4 months now. I flagged it at the time and paid him in good faith and have proof he said he would fix it but instead he has constantly ignored me!

ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
