Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Fantastic worker. Nothing he can't do. The kitchen isn't quite finished yet, but his attention to detail is brilliant. I'll soon have a fantastic new kitchen. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Unfortunately we asked Dany and his team to build us a wardrobe which they confirmed they could do a top quality job. The result was far from the truth. The end result was terrible. We also asked Dany to replace some roofing and again he did an incomplete jib. We notified hime regarding this,. He has promised to fix this but its been over 2 weeks he has promised to to fix it but failed to resolve the bad and incomplete work.. I will not recommend him.
