Please ignore the comments posted on the previous post against IJ Design. RatedPeople.com have been contacted several times to remove this post which was meant for a different contractor. Unfortunately they are being slow to respond and I don’t want this to affect this company’s reputation for something they didn’t deserve. Thank you.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.
