I advertised for a Painter Decorator having looked Mr Art rating I chose them. Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them. Needed plug sockets and bathroom extractor fan repaired. Only repaired one plug saying other couldn’t be fixed and cleaned extractor fan claiming it now worked. Since got second opinion and plug can be repaired and extractor fan still no good so need to pay for someone else to fit a new one. Fan stuck really badly to wall, looks awful and left dirty hand prints all over the paint work. In summary I paid £75 to essentially have a plug repaired.

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
