Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The company started the job quite well, but then came the delays with deliveries, and broken items. There were then issues with installing the shower, which were partly linked to another delay, but also them being unwilling to go and pick a small part up, which would have delayed the fitting for another 4 days. The quality of the completed bathroom wasn't what we expected, we were disappointed with a lot of the finish, leaving space above shower panels, which looks very strange.

Rhys and his team were very professional. They fitted for us a combi boiler - with new gas pipes being required. They we punctual, polite and friendly. Every evening they made sure everything was cleaned up and the house didn't feel unlivable like it sometimes does when getting work done. I would highly reccomend them and will use them again.
