I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Saved me money I will and am using again. Honesty is best policy.

Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. After leaving had I noticed that even fixed a light in the kitchen which was not requested. Invoice payment requested on completion. Good value of pricing. Eric

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

Brendan and his team carried out several jobs around my house, very happy with the results. Communication was never an issue, Brendan always made the effort to talk about the jobs all along the way, always answered the phone or called/messaged back which was always very reassuring and refreshing. Had Kara plumbing and maintenance into refit my bathroom and can’t fault Tuncay at all. From start to finish he was on hand to offer advice and suggestions on the job, he kept in constant contact through all stages of the installation and was open to my ideas and offering his expertise along the way. His work was completed to a very high standard and he ensured everything was perfect. He also offers 12months guarantee on the installation. I love my new bathroom it’s now my favourite room in the house
