Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. After posting our request David called us back within the hour and offered to come out that night (althought it was gone 11pm) if we were without water. We were OK and arranged for him to come the next evening. He arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing and why. He charged exactly what he had quoted (which was extremely reasonable). I cannot fault his professionalism or his workmanship. Would use him again without a doubt, and recommend to others.

I am a very experienced plumber, I have been carrying out maintenance plumbing for 10 years. I am City and Guilds qualified and deliver quality workmanship but at a competitive price. I strongly believe that a plumber is only as good as his last job.
I posted this job after a British Gas Engineer failed to get my downstairs radiators running and suggested the system required a power flush . Joe came out on the day I posted my job and having looked at my radiators and heating system identified the fault and had my radiators working within fifteen minutes of walking through the door. I can’t rate him high enough for his knowledge/professionalism, a less experienced/reputable engineer could have ended in me paying hundreds of pounds for unnecessary work.

It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Janis was late for his initial appointment but did contact me in plenty of time and advised a new ETA. He looked at the issue and advised me of the plan to rectify and the cost. He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.
