Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! His after sales service was also excellent - I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was a medium priced job at £10,000. Well done Bart I will certainly use you again, without hesitation. Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

John was quick to get in contact regarding the job and was efficient in all aspects. Done a fantastic job to bathroom in a small time limit. I requested a window service through Rated People and did not think I would find what I was needing. To my surprise I did within a day. M D Maintenance made contact and arranged a day and time and true to his word he arrived on time and did the service on the windows as requested. A job very well done. Christopher Hampton is very professional, and always maintained excellent communication leading up to the date for the job. He arrived on time, and was courteous and friendly. This job was not a standard kitchen and we are absolutely delighted with the final result. Graham is very professional helpful and meticulous in his work. The job went exactly to the plan and Graham went out of his way to make sure that the job was done the way we wanted it. We have now asked for a quote for other jobs that we want doing. Energy supplier visited to inspect boiler, gas leak detected. Energy supplier advised that floor would need to come up. Sa Plumbing phoned me within 30mins of putting a job request up and attended and hour or so later. Quickly identified the source of the leak, thankfully above the floor! fast, friendly service, would use again!
