Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
