Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. All the work was done in a very exceptable timescale and for a very reasonable price, I will be inviting him back in the future for more work, thank you so much Alex, Great job
Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Levi is a brilliant plasterer. Arrived promptly on time on the scheduled date and was extremely considerate when on the property. No damage and all flooring/surfaces were suitably covered.
