Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The team that worked on our build have worked extremely hard since starting and their attention to detail is excellent, the team really cared about the quality of their work which showed in the end result. They were always very friendly and tidy throughout the build, very pleased!

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
