AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Both my wife and I were more than impressed with Roy and the guys from Five Star Decorations. I honestly thought that we were going to be charged more once the work had began due to the nature of our internal walls. But Roy said initial quote stood and there would be no additional cost. The initial quote we were sent was a clear and concise breakdown of the job in hand and really understood our requirements, there were no hidden costs. They made sure our house was habitable after everyday and kept disruption down to a minimum, especially as we have a small baby, which Roy was very mindful about.
