I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Stuck to the price quoted and answered every question I threw at him with in depth knowledge! The work carried out itself I cannot fault, it is absolutely immaculate. Paul offered excellent communication, was always on time, and kept the house as clean as possible, which was very helpful considering we have three young children. The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
