Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

When I explained that I wanted to sell my flat during conversation, Cristian called in more help to get my flat decorated & ready for sale. Paul was rude . He came without shoe cover on a wet day and stained the carpet. Despite the customer's insistence, he refused to quote price for the flat pack after viewing, saying it would be a little above £80, which was initially agreed, before he saw the chest of drawers. After the job he demanded £220 saying customer may decline, if he had told him before the job. Customer paid £195, he became verbally aggressive and began sendingrude and harassing messages demanding £25. This is deceptve .
