The owner is honest,reliable and is highly professional..He matched the worktops with the porcelain floor tiles perfectly. He adapted a cupboard so I can get the washing machine out ,when I need to. He also built a new cupboard. I am very happy with the result.

Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. Good communication and management of project by Andy and special shout to Steve who worked throughout the 3 weeks doing an outstanding job. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. If Joe says he will call you then he calls. If he says he will be with you on a particular day then he is there. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family.

Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

This company is the best in the business. I can't fault anything they did, from start to finish Craig and Nathan told you everything there were going to do on a daily basis. We would and have recommended BCM to family and friends and 1 has phoned Craig to sort out some work for BCM after seeing the pictures. Definitely be using BCM in the future.
