We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. A lovely job. Carl and his team worked with me to find a date with my tricky schedule and we’re really prompt and polite in everything from arriving on time, clearing up, getting started and working hard. Carl has checked I’m happy and is coming back to do two tiny things that I wanted changed (not his fault) which I really appreciate. We had new decking and a raised bed and the team have listened to what we wanted before starting.
