External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice. My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom responded very quickly. Arrived promptly at our agreed time. Very professional & offered more ideas. Stated quote would be in provided within 2 weeks so we are now just waiting for receipt. 4 stars only as no work commenced yet.
