Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Ziggy retiled the path to our house in March and is very professional, hard working and conscientious. Ziggy kept in touch throughout the work, sending pictures and updates of his work. When we had trouble with some of the materials we had bought from Topps Tiles, he went to great lengths to sort it out, working extra days and not finishing the work until he was satisfied it was done to the highest standards. I would use Ziggy again and recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and trusted individual.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They did a new front door and sash UPVC windows in the entire house. What a great job! Jahron is lovely, his contractors were prompt and polite and cleaned up after themselves and the service overall was just great! Jahron gets back to you quickly with answers to questions. Constantine and Costas are the best builders we've ever worked with. They are inspired collaborators and problem-solvers, passionate about their craft and keen to deliver what you want at the best price without cutting corners. They also have excellent plumbers, tilers, painters etc - without exception skilled, reliable and a pleasure to meet. Renovation is a stressful experience but we were amazed how much we enjoyed this period. We miss them! Don't let them slip through your fingers!
