However, it's been a few years that I've changed careers and am working in the trade. I am now a Gas Safe Registered engineer and actively undertake all plumbing and heating work. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.
