We learned the hard way with our kitchen that we wanted a smaller company to do the bathroom so that we could speak directly to the people doing the work. Our choice was vindicated with Reuben and Chris - nothing was too much trouble and their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. Hard-working, good humoured and low-maintenance, they were a pleasure to have in the house. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
