Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.

He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference.
