Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. Good communication and management of project by Andy and special shout to Steve who worked throughout the 3 weeks doing an outstanding job. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Paul attended on the day and within the time frame agreed.He immediately struck me as a professional and obviously knew his business.He very quickly assessed the problem and rectified it in a timely manner and assured me that the repairs done would negate any further issues arising in the future.

They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.

Two granite composite kitchen sinks and taps fitted. Great job done! Left everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I made the school boy error of paying Paul in full before I had the chance to see the job he did. Long story short he delivered a poor job and didn’t do a part of what he had quoted and got paid for. I asked for him to return to rectify the problems and pay back some of the money and he has since blocked me. I’m right now pursuing a claim against him in SCC.

Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

Will and Syd did a great job. Came on time to give the quote. Answered subsequent questions after other quotes. Real hard workers who stayed until the job was finished. They worked tidily and were very polite and respectful of our property. All was left working perfectly with the instructions explained thoroughly. Would definitely recommend.

Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!
