I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. We do however have specialists in a number of other areas as in Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments Dry and Wet Rot, Lateral Water Penetration and Condensation problems. We are at present training one of our team to undertake (EPC) Energy Performance (Surveys) Certificates in order to help our clients with there renewable energy projects. We have both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances for your peace of mind whether we are just advising you of what you can or cant do, and a problem occurred you are covered and if some thing went wrong that was our fault you are covered also.

We are very happy on the whole with the work done on our extension. The quality of the work is excellent and the team worked really hard, kept to their hours and left the place clean and tidy each day. There were a few extra jobs along the way that we asked if they could do and they were very happy to do these for us. There were some unexpected costs, but Peter always gave us price options so we didn't feel any pressure to pay a premium. The finishing touches took a while to complete but this was minor.

I would recommend this builder to everyone. He is very hard working, consenious and also a perfectionist. He makes valid suggestions which have improved the overall standard of the work, which the other builder hadn’t even commented on. He has totally refitted the family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. I will most certainly be using him again. The end results speak for themselves. Living 100 miles from the job, I needed a reliable contractor I felt I could trust. David and his team more than lived up to my expectations. He renovated a complete one bedroom flat from re wire, re plumb, new boiler bathroom, kitchen, flooring, fitted cupboards etc the list goes on. All work was carried out by qualified trades people and certificates of work issued where necessary. He started the job when he said he would, worked long hours and most importantly finished ON TIME, ON BUDGET.
