He also changed the flooring in the kitchen and hallway, and did an excellent job. Paul offered excellent communication, was always on time, and kept the house as clean as possible, which was very helpful considering we have three young children. He couldn’t have been more helpful, so much so that I’ve booked Paul for some more work in the new year.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
