Paul has transformed our Kitchen, and it now looks amazing, and is a pleasure to use. Everyone that sees our Kitchen comments how nice it is, and I love it! He also changed the flooring in the kitchen and hallway, and did an excellent job. Paul offered excellent communication, was always on time, and kept the house as clean as possible, which was very helpful considering we have three young children. Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
Richard was very punctual and I was very satisfied with the finished job. Pleased with the price as well.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
