Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

Dave and the team did an excellent job extending our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the work is to a very high standard. Trusted Dave and team to make the right decisions for the job and would happily work with them again. Would recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Grahame and his team were all absolutely lovely with an incredible work ethic, which left me confident I was in safe hands. Grahame was really understanding and patient with my many questions!! The result is a gorgeous new roof for me and my neighbour - with lots envy from the rest of the street!! I can not recommend Grahame and his team highly enough, I would not hesitate using them again - clean, tidy, excellent standard of work, lovely to deal with and on point with the price!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!
