Hi thanks for looking at my profile. My name is Jon, I am time served tradesman NVQ Level 3, I have gained vast experience in17 years that i have been plastering, internal, external, specialist, external rendering systems. I have a very good reputation.
Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Octavian was very patient for the job to start as it relied on the plaster on an external wall drying. When it did start, he completed what I assumed would be a three day job in two. Great workmanship, kept and left everything tidy and my tenants said he was very nice to have around too. Would use his services again!

My team ( if needed) is very experienced , polite and respectful, we try to complete the work to a high standard of quality and with the minimum disturbance of the home running. We do building work, bricklaying, paving, block paving ( drives), floor and wall tiling, flooring, decorating, plastering, gardening( cutting down trees , bushes), guttering ( installing , maintaining, cleaning ), roofing. Also GRP flat roofs ( fibre glass). Carpentry, kitchen fitting, replacing windows or doors, partitioning walls,ceilings, lights, small demolition and removal works. we try to protect the house assets ( like carpets, etc) as good as we can.
