When communicating with Mr Mercer it became clear that he is keen to provide good service and value for money, rather than take advantage for a quick buck. The job I needed was a small one, so small a lot of people weren’t interested. However Mr Mercer could see it was an accident waiting happen and helped me out.

I was dubious about hiring people to do work in my house after one or two previous disasters, but Steve was brilliant. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced for the job I wanted doing. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to anyone else.

Shane arrived on time, completed the job to our satisfaction sooner and in less time than he first estimated and it looks good. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed and discussed the project in detail. He cleaned up well after himself. He recently started out on his own after working for someone else which may be why he doesn't have many ratings yet.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Finally they are really nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

After waiting two years for the bloke to rectify my loose slabs I wouldn’t recommend this bloke to anybody . They became loose after nine months and after lots of promises to come back and do the job properly failed to do so.

Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. I highly recommend Martin. Using a Dorff machine to strip paint from external walls he was accurate in describing the outcome and I was highly satisfied. He was on time, reliable and even willing to travel to East London from Grantham showing commitment to working. I would not hesitate to recommend Proctors cleaning services.
