Shocking... First attempt to mend leaking gutter was a clearly botched job which would have seen water pouring out in front of my window the first time it rained. Sure enough it did, and they came back to attempt a fix, but only succeeded in moving the drips along, and dislodging the connection to my neighbour's gutter, causing a leak in front of their door. I've chased numerous times, with a commitment made to come in the following week broken each time without even a message.

Trevor literally swept in and saved the day. I advertised the small job but he took over where our previous builders abandoned us. He did all the joining work for our extension including boxing in and doors as well as fitting in our kitchen and setting up different parts of our utility room and downstairs toilet. With new door installs we aim to survey, manufacture & fit within 2 weeks, (door number dependant). Tools & vans & labour is a given. We take on and firedoor works (remedials & new installs) , and any related fire works I.e. firestopping and fire rated partitions / ceilings. We work to a high standard given that fire-doors have strict tolerances and product specifications. We only use the correct products (mastic & A1 / firebatt and blue 60 foam where allowed) and fire-rated ironmongery. We include a report with our works which includes before, during and after photos with any comments / suggestions relating to fire safety. Work in mostly with contracts on care homes and student accommodation, tidiness and quality work is guaranteed - always willing to go back. Working with contracts, there can be breaks in-between phases of works smaller jobs are perfect as well! My teams is respectful, with tons of experience and willing to go the extra mile for tenants/ landlords clients all the same.
