I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

I’ve worked for various social housing providers installing wet rooms bathrooms, heating systems kitchen tiling, and many other tasks. What a mess of a job leaks , sink and bathroom not fitted properly, seals bought not used. Very disappointing to say the least avoid avoid job took 3 days then get insulated that Victoria plumbing materials were cheap and threats to visit and rip out poor workmanship one of the worst handy man services ever not a construction firm more subcontracting non competent people. Had to get proper plumber to rectify mess
